I am the founder and owner of Universal Legal PLLC. I focus on family law, primarily immigrant divorces and parent plans, small business divorces, and child custody issues in general.

I have extensive experience in family law and have been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2020-2025. I hold a B.S. in Sociology, a B.A. in Spanish, and a J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law.

I grew up in Idaho but fell in love with the Pacific Northwest during a legal internship in Tacoma. My wife and I moved here in 2017. I am a father to a daughter who thinks she owns the house and a son who thinks he owns his sister, but they both love the new baby. On the weekends you can find me hanging out with my family, watching sports, or hiking in any weather.
